Personal Power Arises From Spiritual Peace

By Saleem Rana

Your personal power is directly related to your level of peace.  As this peace amplifies, growing bigger and fuller, it transmutes into spiritual peace, and with this level of peace, you will connect with the power of your spirit.  This is the best way to transform your life, making it a blessing for yourself and others.

The reason peace is a vital element in personal power is because when you don't have peace you have chaos--in your mind, body, emotions, and experiences.  From this place of conflict, your energy is drained and your intelligence is compromised.  Things go from bad to worse.  The more effort you apply, the more you feel exhausted.  The harder you try to figure it out, the more confused you feel.

When you are not at peace, you are at the wrong place at the wrong time.  You are also probably with the wrong people.

When you know you are not at peace, your knowing creates an awareness to change it.

The reason you are in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people, and the reason why you are not at peace, and the reason you are exhausted and confused is because your doubts and fears have completely overwhelmed you.

The way to turn this entire distressing situation around is by envisioning, as clearly as possible, the opposite.  Then turn these ideas into affirmations.  Affirm that everything is now working out smoothly.

Affirm that everything is working out in an easy and relaxed manner.

Affirm that everything is working out in a healthy and positive way.

When you do this, prepare to be surprised.  Everything will work out in its own perfect time.  Everything will work out for the highest good of all.

Despite your level of high agitation, there is a part of you that is a witness to it all.  This part is at peace.  This part will quietly and calmly observe what it is that you are experiencing and direct you away from what is challenging your personal power.

This inner witness is your ally.  It is your ally not against external people and circumstances, but against yourself, specifically against the doubts and fears that have arisen within you and that have invited difficult circumstances into your life.

The minute you introduce detachment into the equation of your life, you have begun the journey toward inner peace.  Your detachment will awaken your inner witness, and you will be able to envision the opposite of what you have attracted.  As you hold that vision, and as you affirm the best outcomes, you will start to attract the life that you really want to live.

The witness will prompt you to ask:  what is deeply satisfying about my life and how do I design a life that yields more of that satisfaction?

Peace, of course, starts within.  This inner peace then transforms your outer world.  You then start to enjoy outer peace.  If someone were to meet you once you had attained outer peace, they would assume that you were peaceful because of peaceful circumstances.  But all peace starts from within, then spreads outwardly.  This is the peace that lasts.  It is true spiritual peace.

When you let your peace deepen, it will align your mind, body, spirit.  It will put you in harmony with yourself, with all aspects of your being, with other people, and with all aspects of your personal world.

Without peace, there is no true personal power, because true personal power is always spiritual in nature.
