How To Work The Law Of Attraction

By Saleem Rana

When you ask for something you should want it but not need it.  While expressing gratitude for your current blessings, you allow more blessings to flow into your life, and this spirit of appreciation brings more things to be content over.  When you need it, absolutely insisting that you must have it, believing that without it you will be lost, then this demanding pressure turns off the supply.  So, use a light touch, letting your gratitude overflow into the new things that you desire.

Desiring something should be done with relaxation, with ease, with a sense of trust in all that will show up for you.  The divine does not use force, it expresses itself through effortless power.  When you are desiring with force, with a compulsion to control, you exhaust yourself and attract nothing.

When you can convert wanting into an emotional state of having, even though it has not shown up for you yet, this makes results happen even faster.  In other words, "fake it until you make it."

How it will show up is something that you can't really predict.  This is the domain of the universe.  Be open.  Allow something better than what you know to show up. Focus on the end.  Let the universe figure out the details.  When you insist on knowing exactly how things will show up for you, when you insist on specific ways it should happen, you are allowing your limited thoughts to dictate to the unlimited universe.  Even if somehow you do get what you want in this way, it will seldom be satisfying to you.  Don't ask how, allow.

After you ask for what you want be prepared to be happy without it.  Happiness is in the moment.  It is a total acceptance of yourself as a complete person right now.  Your happiness should not be tied to what you imagine may happen in the future.  The opposite of letting go and being happy is to dwell on lack, limitation, scarcity, and negativity.  This is a sure formula for misery.

The creative flow of universal supply is cut short by a grasping and pressured mentality.  It opens up when the elements of surrender are used.  You can only surrender when you have trust.  Since you don't know how to get what you want immediately, you have to trust that a higher power knows the way and will provide for you.

Knowing why you want something, understanding your reasons for desiring it, puts you in a receptive emotional state.  Your list of anticipated benefits and the feeling they bring you is what will trigger your manifestations.  Avoiding thinking about it, closing your mind to the benefits, and merely having a vague sense of the intended fulfillment will slow down results considerably.

Action is always a good thing.  Although you may not know exactly what to do, take some small steps toward it.  These steps will then expand in scope.  Small steps will eventually lead to big results.  It is not necessary to try do everything at once.  This will only confuse and exhaust you, and you will quickly slip into a state of apathy when you contemplate the enormity of your project.

Success is the progressive realization of a worthy ideal and when you believe that you are worth it, you will develop the patience and persistence to not only project your desires into the universe but also to follow your insights and take whatever action you can with the opportunities immediately available.

Meditation also benefits your application of the Law of Attraction.  Meditation provides emotional healing.  A calm, peaceful mind has much more magnetic power than a scattered, confused mind.  Our turbulent emotions are what creates difficulties in manifesting what we truly desire.

The deliberate acts of consciousness on the universe is what make the Law of Attraction spring into action.  No thoughts, no desires, will bring you nothing.  A false modesty will not help to expand your mind.
