Many people have proven it. They changed their minds about things, turned situations around, and went from barely making enough to live on to becoming rich beyond their wildest dreams. They changed how they thought about things. This change in attitude changed their behavior. They started to find resources and opportunities that had been there all along but which they had not noticed before.
In the final analysis, then, when you change your beliefs, your perception changes. You stop filtering out information that could help you.
We live in an abundant world. If it appears to be limited it is because we are thinking of it in that way, and naturally that is all we see.
If you are not having the experiences that you desire. If you feel that much of what you desire is lacking, then this is not because there isn't enough of what you want but because you have cut yourself off from having it.
Your thinking has prevented you from going to where you need to go, learning what you need to learn, and associating with those people who can give it to you.
Your beliefs about what is possible for you is what is stopping you.
The process of changing your beliefs is not difficult if you are ready to do it. You can consciously choose to create a more satisfying life experience when you start changing your thoughts about things. These beliefs are only a bundle of thoughts based on your past experiences.
The way you identify your limiting beliefs is by noticing what it is that you desire and feel you just can't get. Then start asking yourself questions about what you are thinking and feeling. As these questions are answered, new questions will arise. As you interrogate yourself, new answers will emerge.
When you feel deprived, it is not because the world is denying you but it is because you are denying yourself. You have to delve into your subconscious mind and pull up those ideas that are holding you back. Once you find them, it will be easy to let them go and replace them with much more life-affirming ideas.
Meditation on what is holding you back will flush out your limited thoughts. You can then turn them around. |
